Since 1981, more than 450 fellowships have been awarded in NAA's Minority Fellowship program, sponsored by NAA's Diversity Department. This program is designed to widen opportunities for minority professionals to enter or advance in newspaper management and cover all areas of the newspaper industry: editorial/design, new media, business/production, and leadership/management.
