Areas of expertise Environmental services Information technology Newspaper color quality production Newspaper production operations Production materials Tom Croteau is senior vice president of the Newspaper Association of America’s Technology Group, which includes Newspaper Production Operations, Environmental Services, Production Materials, NAA Project Management and Information Technology. Croteau has been with NAA since 1993, first as technical training manager, then moving to pre-press manager, director of newspaper services, and vice president/newspaper operations prior to his current position. Before NAA, he worked for USA Today for nine years as production coordinator, quality manager, and production director. His experience also includes two years of consulting and training with the Blevins Harding Group. Croteau is well known in the newspaper industry for his expertise in color quality reproduction and has contributed much to advance the reputation of the Technology Department. Tom earned a B.S. degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1981.
