Lockout/Tagout Kit

NAA’s Lockout/Tagout Training for Newspaper Employees Training Kit consists of formal instruction; practical training and evaluation that will help employees become knowledgeable about the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements for protecting affected, authorized and other workers against the unexpected startup of machines/equipment, and the release of stored energy during equipment servicing/maintenance activities. As appropriate throughout the Kit, NAA has provided regulatory references (e.g., 40 CFR 1910.147) in case students want to read the applicable sections of the standard.
