Wage Reports

The NAA Employee Relations Department produces the following wage publications based on information from contracts received by us from member U.S. newspapers with unionized departments: The Summary of Wage Minimums for Key Classifications and The Scale Report -- Mechanical and Delivery Departments.

The Summary of Wage Minimums for Key Classifications contains current and future wage information from editorial and commercial contracts. It covers such classifications as reporter/photographer, ad sales and circulation district manager, as well as computer department personnel. Included in addition to break outs of wages by job description are sections listing data by newspaper circulation and by region.

The Scale Report -- Mechanical and Delivery Departments contains a schedule of current and future wage information from over 500 mechanical and delivery contracts.

For your convenience, publications are issued electronically.
