Save the date (Feb. 24 - 27) and submit your presentations!

We gave out some details about the Digital Edge Awards last week -- and mentioned the awards will be handed out at a breakfast reception during the Marketing and CONNECTIONS conferences in Orlando in February.

Here's some quick information about the 2008 Marketing Conference:

Save the Date!

2008 Marketing Conference: February 24-27, Orlando

Mark your calendar and budget now for the 2008 Marketing Conference, returning to the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort & Convention Center, February 24-27! Today, newspaper companies are multi-platform, news-and-advertising providers.  It's a time of great opportunity for our industry and the Marketing Conference helps you make the most of it.  The conference features multiple educational tracks and general session programming, top industry exhibitors, and networking opportunities with retailers, merchandisers and industry colleagues—just what you need to BUILD AUDIENCE and DRIVE REVENUE. You won’t want to miss this event in 2008! Stay tuned to www.naa.org/marketingconference for the latest information.

Don’t miss your chance to speak at the 2008 Marketing Conference — submit a proposal via NAA’s Call for Presentations process to be considered for speaking opportunities at the conference.  Submissions will be accepted online now through October 1st.  Newspaper members, industry suppliers and consultants are encouraged to submit proposals on lessons learned, new ideas, or an interesting perspective on industry topics. Speakers are recognized as experts in their field and receive visibility, recognition and credibility within the industry

For more information or to submit a proposal, visit our Call for Presentations site or contact Stacy Carr, Federation Services Coordinator, at (571) 366-1066 or stacy.carr@naa.org.
