Each year one day is set aside to recognize the accomplishments of carriers who work tirelessly to get the newspaper into the hands of our readers. To commemorate this special day-which takes place October 11 this year-NAA makes available carrier appreciation ads that can be downloaded on our Web site so that newspapers may run them. This year’s theme is "The Newspaper... A Nation Talking to Itself."

A year-round version of a carrier appreciation ad is also available for download. This ad can be used for recruitment efforts throughout the year.

Instructions for downloading the
International Newspaper Carrier of the Year Ads

The ads are available in PDF format for downloading. The Acrobat Reader plug-in is required to view a PDF file. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader, it is a free plug-in available from the Adobe web site.

Follow these steps to download the ad now:
  1. Position your mouse pointer over one of the links titled "Click to download..." above.
  2. Click once with the right-hand button (Mac Users: Click-and-hold the mouse). A drop-down menu will appear.
  3. Look for the menu option that reads "Save target as..." and left click once.
  4. Save the file to your desktop or hard drive.
