This project, like so many worthwhile endeavors, developed from a seed of the telemarketing committee. Many people deserved to be recognized for their input in this project including the Subscriber Acquisition & Retention Committee, the individuals from a myriad of newspapers that took the time to complete and submit the various ideas or “models” and those that enriched the document through written contributions.

In addition, Steve Cebalt of Bottom Line Public Relations & Marketing and his staff deserve to be recognized for writing much of the copy. The reality is that Steve received a lot of raw data and information. He then was able to produce a clear, readable, idea-laden document to benefit the industry.
