Please read before completing your Hotel Reservation Form. Hotel Reservation Deadline: May 8, 1996

The participating hotels were carefully chosen to represent high standards of quality, as well as a wide range of facilities and budgetary requirements. By patronizing an official NEXPO hotel, you receive specially discounted room rates and enjoy the convenience of the NEXPO shuttle bus service.* All the hotels listed are convenient to the Las Vegas Strip that offers dining, entertainment and shopping.

Please note the following additional reservation request provisions:

1. Reservation requests are granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
2. The cutoff date for processing reservation request forms is May 8. After that date, telephone reservations may be requested by calling the LVCVA Room Reservations Service at (702) 386-0770. (Calls will not be accepted prior to May 13.)
3. The housing office will send you an acknowledgment advising you of your hotel assignment.
4. The hotel will send you a confirmation of your reservation. If credit card information is not provided on this reservation request form, the hotel confirmation will also advise you of the deposit requirements. ANY DEPOSITS MADE FOR CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE DIRECTLY TO THE CONFIRMING HOTEL. FAILURE TO SEND A DEPOSIT PRIOR TO CHECK IN WILL RESULT IN RESERVATION CANCELLATION.
5. Although NAA has been able to block a limited number of rooms for Saturday arrival, you should not purchase airline tickets if a Saturday arrival is requested until you receive a confirmation from the hotel. There is a heavy demand for weekend-only reservations in Las Vegas, which may affect availability.
6. Hotel rates are subject to an 8-percent room tax.
7. Cancellations and changes to confirmed reservations must be made in writing to the confirming hotel.
8. If accommodations are not available at the hotels of your choice, you will be assigned to one of the other available NEXPO hotels.

For more information about hotels or for additional hotel reservation forms, call NAA's Fax-on-Demand at (301) 216-1824. Reservation requests are granted on a first-come, first-serve basis. The sooner you send in your form, the better your chances of receiving the accommodations you request. Please mail your Hotel Reservation Form to the address on the form. (Do not mail or fax it to NAA.)

* Room rates include $1.00 surcharge to offset shuttle bus costs.
