Correction
In our story, "Goss Wins Anti-dumping Decision" (September/ October 1996), we reported that presses and press parts manufactured by four overseas press vendors are subject to the ITC's anti-dumping ruling "whether or not the presses or parts are manufactured in the United States." Actually, the ruling specifies that anti-dumping duties be imposed when presses or parts cross the border into the United States. Therefore, presses and parts made in the United States by the four overseas vendors are not subject to duties. TechNews regrets the error.
