![]() CorrectionIn our story, "Goss Wins Anti-dumping Decision" (September/ October 1996), we reported that presses and press parts manufactured by four overseas press vendors are subject to the ITC's anti-dumping ruling "whether or not the presses or parts are manufactured in the United States." Actually, the ruling specifies that anti-dumping duties be imposed when presses or parts cross the border into the United States.
