Inlet Launches Web Software

On January 31, Inlet Inc. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, introduced CurrentIssue, a Web-site design and management software package. The company says the new product is intended to fill the void between basic HTML authoring programs and high-end custom programming.

CurrentIssue allows Web-site developers to create and manage interactive sites without purchasing multiple software applications. Built for Windows 95 and Windows NT operating systems, the full version of CurrentIssue is priced at $995, which includes five standard components, one design client and one server license.

A free, 30-day trial version of the software is available through the product's Web site (www.CurrentIssue.com).
